Gourmet-tour - peninsula of Peljesac
Departure towards
the pensinsula of Peljesac where the inhabitants mostly make their
living off of wine-growing and manufacturing Dingac wine in the
wine cellars, as well as stockbreeding and fishing. It is also
known for its salt-works and cultivating seashells. More...
We arrive in Ston - the most beautiful example of a fortified
town and Dubrovnik architecture - known for its oyster farms, salt
production and the second longest wall in the world after the Great
Wall of China.
After a short tour through Veliki Ston we continue further to
the inland of the peninsula to the little village of Ponikve, which
is at the edge of the wine growing areas that are protected by the
government and where only the indigenous Plavac Mali grape
grows.
Visit the wine cellar of the family Miloš well known for the
excellent red wine Dingac, which is considered to be the king of
red wines in Croatia.
After a wine tasting session we return to Mali Ston (little
Ston) where the guests will have the opportunity to taste oysters
and mussels fresh from the sea, which will be opened directly in
front of their eyes.
A lunch will be served at restaurant Bota, famous for
specialties from Ston and southern Dalmatia.

Having arrrived at an authentic water mill dating back to the
times of the Dubrovnik Republic, the guests will be welcomed by
girls dressed in national costumes who serve typical local drinks
and figs. After the welcome drink and a short demonstration of the
mill, walk along the river Ljuta before continuing towards
Cavtat.
The old town of Cavtat, is situated at the south slopes of the
peninsula of Rat, in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik and the
Dubrovnik airport. Also known as the ancient Epidaurum, it is a
popular get-away and fascinates its visitors with its very
attractive mixture of old and new architecture.
Visit of the house of Vlaho Bukovac, one of the most famous
Croatian Secession/Impressionist painters. Besides his painting
guests can see furniture from his different life periods as well as
walls that were painted by the artist when he was only 17 years old
before his education in Paris. The house is an example of urban
architecture from the end of 19th century with a beautiful garden
and the artist's studio.

planned out to offer our guests the best possible experience of the
region of Konavle and Dubrovnik countryside (safe but at the same

The safari starts at Kojan Koral where our guests are introduced
to the instructor/guide and where they are given full instruction
about ATV handling/driving and safety briefing. After the
introduction the safari continues through beautiful olive groves,
pine forests, along the amazing Konavle rocky coast to the
picturesque village of Cilipi (where we offer to make our first
stop and visit Konavle Country House). The tour continues through
the Konavosko polje, unique Dalmatian bush, where we cross river
Ljuta (on couple of occasions). On our way back to Kojan Koral we
take the route overlooking the Konavle Polje, the old train path
(famous "Chiro" steam engine). Upon our return to the Koral a small
snack is offered to our guests (prosciutto ham and cheese

The
excursion starts at the village Gruda in Konavle. We take our bikes
to the small village roads that run across the lively Konavle
region. The trail takes us through orchards, corn fields,
vineyards, blueberry fields. We also cross the bridges of Ljuta and

Occasional short breaks are made for getting acquainted with the
historical and natural characteristics of the Konavle region (visit
to Franciscan monastery, old mills in Ljuta village). During our

This attractive

crystal clear Cetina River. Many waterfalls and rapids break up

declared a national park. Paklenica National park is the most

difficulty levels and lengths within Paklenica's climbing sites, so

backwaters, cascades and travertine islands.

National Park Brijuni all inclusive
Departure starts
at 10:00 in the morning, from port Fažana. After 20 minutes we
arrive to the island Veliki Brijun - the biggest of the island
within the National Park of Brijuni. Famous for their scenic

The majority of the flora and fauna on the archipelago of the
Brijuni islands has the typical Mediterranean characteristics. It
is interesting to point out that on the islands there are some
plant species that are among the endangered plant species of Istria
(marine poppy, wild cucumber, some grass species etc.), but on the
islands they are quite widespread and develop freely.
There are also several archeological sites worth seeing. There
is the 13th century AD St. Mary's Church, a few Roman Villa's, and
a Byzantine Palace. A history buff's wonderland.
After a short walk thru the island and visiting the museum, at
11:15h we continue our trip with a boat to the island Mali Brijuni.
During th trip we will pass the west shore of Veliki Brijuni to
enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the Adriatic sea.
About 11:30h we arrive to the island Mali Brijuni, an untouched
paradise in who's beauty you will enjoy. The islands is also part
of the archipelago of the Brijuni National Park. Shortly after our
arrival we will be rewarded with refreshments: a tasty lunch in
shade of secular pines with the following menu: Grilled meat with a
potatoe salad. After lunch, and even better refreshment awaits.
