SailingEurope has prepared a set of route suggestions for a period of 7 and 14 days in order to make your exploring of the sea easier.
The suggested routes are only examples, so please bear in mind you can arrange a different itinerary with the skipper (in case you take one) according to your wishes and preferences.
Departure day for all routes: Saturday
Route duration: minimum 1 week
Note: In the off season (second half of autumn, winter, first half of spring) you have an option of renting a vessel for a period shorter or longer than 7 days
Sailing route can be arranged with the skipper upon your arrival to the base where your boat is berthed. You might want to experience fast sailing, or just admire natural beauties, or simply visit numerous festivals of small villages along the coast... Your skipper will do his best to meet your requests and suggest you best locations and sailing destinations.
Useful information
- It is recommended to sail 15 - 25 NM per day (3-6 hours of sailing)
- Fuel consumption depends on weather conditions as well as vessel type and size. A sailing boat consumes from 5 to 12 litres fuel per hour, and catamaran from 7 to 12 litres per hour
