Marina Frapa is one of the first marinas at the Adriatic completely founded and built as a private investment. Its founder mr. Franjo Pašalić decided to invest his assets in his homeland and build the most beautiful and the most comfortable marina at the Adriatic. He chose Rogoznica as the home for his dream project. So Rogoznica was transformed from a small picturesque village into the center of nautical tourism.
Marina is located in the shelter of western side of Rogoznica bay, just across the Rogoznica center waterfront. It is home to 462 fully equipped berths located among 10 solid piers. There is enough room for additional 150 dry berths, all under 24/7 surveillance. Piers are located in calm and pleasant environment alongside the peninsula, providing fresh water, waste tank service and electric current ranging between 16 A and 125 A.
Marina Frapa has a blue flag – the sign of biologically clean sea water; ever since it was built. The depths within the marina are deep enough to accommodate yachts longer than 40 m so do not be surprised if you notice some jet setters there. The communication between distant piers and the center of the marina is provided by electric powered cars. What makes Marina Frapa recognizable is its round shaped center where multiple services are provided. Besides standard facilities such as the reception, grocery shop, mechanic and other workshops there are various restaurants, bars and event center where different events take place.
So Marina Frapa acted as an organizer of numerous concerts and presentations, fashion shows, art colonies, sporting events, weddings and boat shows. Let me mention just some of them: Miss Dalmatia competition, Days of Croatian Autochthonous Products and Pre-owned Boat Show that takes place in spring and autumn.
Marina Frapa also gained its reputation for its wellness offer which includes a beauty center, massage, swimming pool as well as the exclusive accommodation facilities. Besides the care for body and soul, Marina Frapa takes care of yachts as well. There is 75 t travel lift along with gas station and all repair and maintenance services within the marina.
