for fuel for main engines at the consumption of 360 lt/h, gasoline for tender, food, drinks-beverages, any other miscellaneous expenses. APA is not the final amount of the expenses as this depends on the clients itinerary , fuel rate at the time of charter and clients request in provisions. The Captain keeps a detailed analysis of the APA and informs the client accordingly . If extra funds are needed client pays directly to the Captain , if the final APA is less than the amount sent the client receives back the excess amount sent.
