It is well known all over the world as a top tourist destination on Croatian Adriatic coast, attracting numerous tourists by its historical town walls and the city core. Most of Dubrovnik visitors arrive aboard massive cruisers, others use benefits of nearby airport while those more glamorous steer their mega yachts to Dubrovnik port.

What about sailors and yachtsmen? Is there a chance for a not-so-glamorous sailing enthusiasts to enjoy Dubrovnik’s wonders?

Of course there is. ACI marina Dubrovnik is located in Komolac, some 6 km away from Dubrovnik Old Town, in the mouth of Rijeka Dubrovačka river. The marina can accommodate up to 380 vessels in the water and some 140 on dry berths, while the petrol supplies can be arranged at the petrol station within the marina.

Events such as private parties, celebrations, promotions, etc. can easily be organized by the swimming pool bar. Relaxation and body care are provided in the massage and beauty center parlour in the shades of medieval pine tree and cypress park, seeing that the marina exists as a part of a historical palace which belonged to Dubrovnik’s noble family Sorkočević.

It would be a pity not to visit Dubrovnik historical core since you are so close to it. To solve this problem there is well organized 24/7 taxi service as well as public bus transport just in front of the entrance to the marina.
