The 16th edition of Biograd Boat Show just opened its doors and welcomes you until Sunday, October 26th. According to first impressions this year’s edition could be the best ever. More than 270 exhibitors have occupied both sides of Marina Kornati in Biograd, displaying some 290 brand new and second hand vessels.
The extended C hall this year is meant to be the new Yacht Charter Center where some 500 vessels will be offered within Croatian charter fleets. The major presentation events are taking place aboard 36 m motor yacht Nada, which is moored within the marina. Organizers announced numerous trial sailing trips so hopefully good weather will make this experience pleasant and unforgettable.
Traditionally hospitable organizers managed to gather local producers and caterers to give their contribution so one could experience gastronomic excitements within the Festival of Authenticity. Furthermore, some sporting events are going to take place within Biograd Boat Show. The finest Austrian sailors will cross swords within Austrian Offshore Cruising Championships. Pitter Yachtcharter company organizes the End of Season Cup, while match races will take place on Elan 210 boats.
Various sailing boat classes could compete within the premiere 1st Samobor Cup and the BBS regatta. Entertainment program within the show consider live music performances while after parties are the part of individually organized nightlife in one of numerous Biograd’s taverns and bars.
