Salon nautique international de Paris, also known as “Paris Boat Show” is the largest and the most important European boat show in December. It took place from December 7th to 15th 2013 and was organized through three exhibition poles – Sailing and Tourism, Motor boating and Equipment.
Regatta Barcolana, or to be more exact Autumn Cup (Coppa d’Autunno) would be the greatest sailing event at the Adriatic according to the number of contestants and overall participants which refers to almost 2000 boats with some 25000 sailors. It traditionally takes place in the Gulf of Trieste, Italy, on second Sunday in October since 1969.

London Boat Show, or officially CWM FX London Boat Show 2015, will be held between January 9th and 18th. There you will be able to find some 450 leading names from the industry. This edition brings you the Control the rain hall and a sailing stand with Sir Ben Ainslie.
Internautica – International Boat Show in Portorož, Slovenia, will be held from May 7th to May 11th. The headline of the boat show will be the Green Boating. Internautica will promote the launch of a new nautical school “Green Yachting Academy”. It will be all about responsible use of energy and sustainable development of boating tourism.
We finally got the winners of European Yacht of the Year competition for 2014. In the Family Cruiser category the award went to Beneteau 38. Dehler 38 won the Performance Cruiser category. The new category – Special Yacht was won by the Swiss Saphire 27. Dutch Contest 42 CS impressed the jury and won the prize for the Luxury Cruise category.
